Get Rid of Acne For Good

I have such a long history with acne, and I am finally at a place where I do not break out ever. I do not remember the last time that I had a breakout. I will get a pimple here and there if I stray from my routine, eat more sugar than normal, or sometimes right before my cycle. So what’s my secret?

I use some amazing products that have worked wonders for me, in conjunction with some prescription creams. My first advice is to look at your diet, and see if there are changes that you can make there. For me, if I am lacking in my water intake, eating more sugary foods than normal, or have a larger dairy intake, I know that I will break out more.
